Tekken 7’s story is told from the viewpoint of a reporter whose son and wife have been killed during fights. This has ignited his thirst for revenge on Mishima Zaibatsu and G Corporation. He thus sets out to begin writing an exposé on these characters. 

Incorporating a new display system, the game’s multiplayer mode enables players to select a side of the screen they want to play on. Movement mechanics have remained the same in some cases. The arcade mode of this game features conventional stage based scenes, where every player has to kill 5 different rivals and end the round. 

They have to cross every stage slowly, reaching the penultimate round and the final stage consequently. The only disadvantage is that matches get interrupted when other players enter. Tekken 7 allows easy character personalization, enabling players to modify any character of their choice. 

Tekken 7 is the first game in the arcade series to feature a practice mode. This allows players to collect rewards by moving towards their opponents slowly in a restricted amount of time.
